While many New York Sun readers considered me outspoken, the fact is that many of my columns had my strongest comments edited out. NY Post columnist Cindy Adams called editors “style killers” and I couldn’t agree more.
Here on this site, I will be more unrestrained but nonetheless civil. I do not believe in name-calling. Like Joe Friday on the old TV show-Dragnet-I am interested in “just the facts, M’am.”
Considering that most of the major media outlets are decidedly liberal, getting the facts to the public has been extremely difficult. Never has this been more evident than in this election. Howard Stern proved this on his radio show when he sent a reporter to Harlem and discovered that Obama supporters had no idea what he stood for:

I am sure there are some who will say that the responses given by these Harlemites demonstrate how ignorant Obama supporters are. I believe however that this is an indictment on the media which has failed to report clearly the positions of the candidates and instead has perpetuated disinformation and slander towards the McCain/Palin ticket. What do you think?
